LAUNCHED 2022: M&W 30m AQUACULTURE VESSEL

Pakihi Kura was launched in November 2022 and is McMullen & Wing’s latest 30-metre offshore mussel-harvesting vessel.

Designed for open-ocean harvesting, this project is an exciting progression from the 24-metre Kukutai which was delivered in 2018.

With the world wide pressure to decarbonise the transport industry electric ferry boat is ready to be supplied by M&W.  In association with EV Maritime Ltd we can offer turn-key solutions for 100% electric or hybrid ferry boats and commercial craft.

Construction on the first two EVM200 electric ferries started late 2022 with launch scheduled for 2024.

In cases where alternative fuel vessels are not yet appropriate or you wish to discuss your particular pre-engineered electric projects, McMullen & Wing will work directly with you to satisfy your requirements.
